Beta privacy notice · September 2026. Final retention periods remain under review before paid subscriptions launch.
Who operates Figureloom
Figureloom is operated by Accomplice AB, Edsviksvägen 20b, 182 33 Danderyd, Sweden. For support, billing or privacy enquiries, contact us.
What the beta stores
Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, display name and email. The service stores prompts, generation settings, job status, images, credit usage and subscription and community moderation records. This information provides your studio history and controls access and capacity.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, we use your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry. Messages are delivered through Loopia to the operator’s inbox, where correspondence is retained for handling the enquiry; they are not stored in the app database. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to prevent automated submissions. Do not include passwords or payment details in your message.
Where processing happens
The cloud service uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, records and private storage. Generation requests and necessary job information are sent to the configured Runpod GPU worker. These providers may process data internationally; the operator must publish the applicable locations and transfer terms before launch.
Prompt screening
When enabled, a Google Cloud AI service checks your prompt and selected style instructions before generation. We send this text without your account identity or images. This check does not inspect the resulting image. Operational records contain decisions and timing rather than copies of rejected prompts.
Subscription payments
Stripe processes subscription payments and invoices. We send Stripe your email and an internal account reference, and store customer, subscription, invoice and credit records to provide your plan and prevent duplicate charges. We do not receive or store your full card number. Artwork and prompts are not sent to Stripe for subscription checkout.
What other people see
New generations default to Private. Choosing Public submits the image for administrator review. Only approved previews appear in Gallery for anyone and in Explore for members, alongside their original prompts so visitors can reuse them. Creator names, seeds, email, original PNG downloads and 2K versions remain owner-only. Earlier member-only shares retain that audience. Making an image private withdraws it and clears approval; sharing it again requires a new review. Withdrawal or a ban blocks future public access but cannot recall copies already saved by someone else.
Your choices
When you buy a print, Figureloom sends Peecho the selected artwork, a metadata-free preview and an opaque checkout reference. We do not send your prompt, seed, name or email. You provide payment and shipping details directly in Peecho’s checkout. Private print purchases do not publish your image.
We store the applicable print-policy version, preparation and checkout records to fulfill your request and prevent duplicate checkouts. Approved public artwork can be purchased by anyone; private artwork can only be purchased by its creator. New public access stops after withdrawal, and all new access stops after a ban or deletion. Peecho may retain transferred files for fulfillment and reprints under its own terms.
Managing your images
Contact the operator to request access, correction or account and image deletion. You can delete individual images in Your studio. Private account images are not automatically selected for marketing or used for training by this application.
Browser storage
For traffic sources, Analytics receives only the referring website’s origin, without its path, search terms or query strings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to our public pages and successful new-account signups. We send fixed page titles and clean public URLs, without query strings, prompts, artwork, email addresses or account identifiers. Google also receives technical information such as browser and device details. Analytics cookies last up to six months. We disable advertising features and do not track private studio pageviews. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice using Analytics settings at any time; this stops collection and removes our Analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in this browser. Rejecting analytics does not affect sign-in or the studio.
Firebase stores sign-in state in your browser. The studio keeps account-specific drafts in memory and clears them on sign-out or account changes. Leaving for print checkout temporarily saves your account-scoped draft, selected image and position in this tab for up to an hour so they can be restored on return. These records are cleared on sign-out. Print event logs count offer views, checkout attempts and handoffs without artwork or buyer identities; a checkout return is not treated as proof of payment. Choosing “Use prompt” temporarily stores that prompt in this tab until the creation page opens, including through sign-in.
